What are the payment options?
Yes, we currently offer e-Gift Cards, which can be sent to a recipient immediately after purchase, or scheduled to be sent on a specific date. Select the amount you would like to gift, fill in all the details required and checkout. You can enter their own custom amount to gift
What is your return policy?
Process payments using our secure online checkout using your credit or debit card. we accept apple pay too. You can also use your gift card balance towards your purchase. Apply any promotional codes prior to payment.

In the interests of hygiene, we do not accept returns of, or refunds on, earrings or jewellery sets containing earrings & nose rings. Faulty items must be reported within 24 hours of receiving them. Get in touch using our contact form stating your order number and attach photos of the item. Get in touch with us if you need to cancel or amend an order, this may be possible providing we haven’t packed your order.
Delivery days are exciting, so we do our best to ship parcels within 24 - 48 hours. Delivery times within the UK can take up to 2- 3 working days. You can upgrade to next day UK delivery too. Internationally it can take up to 2 weeks. Please note any public holidays that may delay your parcel. You can find all postage prices listed below.
Currently we work from our office. Whilst we do not have a show room, any returned items are shipped to our local collection point, Ava’s Bindi Box 56 Ettingshall Road Wolverhampton WV14 9UL.
​Do I need a piercing to wear a nose ring?

Vacancies
No, you do not need a pierced nose to wear a nose ring. Our non-pierced nose rings fit like a cuff so you can pop it and squeeze to tighten. This will keep it secure on your nose and you dint need a piercing to wear it. Check out our full range. If you do have a piercing, you can shop both the pierced and non-pierced section.
